If you wish to take part in third-party payments (i.e., to your extended health benefits company, auto insurance, WSIB or other third-party source), we will do our best to accommodate you. However, different companies have different rules, and no two companies are the same. If the third-party service does not cover the treatment, the patient will be responsible for paying for the appointment. Reasons it may not be covered may include, but are not limited to, benefits running out, needing a medical referral, or direct billing rules (i.e., the company pays the client instead of the clinic directly). By law, we are not able to direct bill for appointments that have been missed, and any late cancellation or no-show fees are the responsibility of the client.
